Information for Judge Harris L. Hartz

To avoid the insanity of processing and reviewing hundreds of applications within a few days in September, and to enable applicants to travel to Albuquerque for an interview without paying premium airfares, the timing for applications and interviews departs from the dates set in the Law Clerk Hiring Plan.  Offers will not be extended, however, before the September date set by the Plan.

• Applications will be accepted at any time after the applicant has completed two years of law school.  Unofficial transcripts can be submitted until official transcripts are available.



• Interviews may be conducted at any time after June 1.
